Copywriting?

Transforming “down-and-out” entrepreneurs into multi-millionaires and saving struggling companies from bankruptcy. Yet… most business owners overlook it completely!”

What is copywriting and what does it have to do with Internet Marketing?

Copywriting is the art and science of writing words that sell and it has alot to do with Internet Marketing.  Copywriting is one of the most important elements of online marketing, truth is nothing happens unless a sale is made.   Frank Kern is a master copywriter, Yanik Silver is a master copywriter, in fact it is a skill possessed by most gurus.  Chris McNeeny (From Day Job Killer) also noted that he saw pattern in certain skills that very successful affiliate marketers had and many of them were good copywriters.  Your Copy (Sales Letter)  in most case is going to determine whether you make money or crash or burn.

Bottom Line - Learn Copywriting

So how do you begin learning the copy writing.  In learning I have seen a pattern that the fundamentals often make or break you, they determine how successful you are going to be and how quickly you are going learn.  Ignore the fundamentals and you can often spend years learning bad habits.

Fundamentals are so Important in everything.   Is this a coincidence

So the question is what is the best way to learn copywriting?  There is so much information out there.

Well here is how the Gary Halbert (The Best Copywriter of All time Answered that Qustion).  I highly recommend that you read this.

The First Step

If your too lazy to read it.  He basically said that the correct fundamentals are contained in the book Scientific Advertising by Claude Hopkins.  He says thats this book should be read a minimum of 4 times before you read anything else because this contains those all important fundamentals.

So that is exactly what I plan on doing.
